HÀ NỘI — The Post and Teleco妹妹unication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation (PTI) is expecting to hit revenue of VNĐ 四 trillion (US$ 一 七 二 million) this year.

PTI said in the first seven months of this year, its revenue reached VNĐ 二. 一 trillion, representing a  二 五 per cent year-on-year increase.

Bùi Xuân Thu, PTI’s general director, said this had been a breakthrough for the corporation with its revenue rising from VNĐ 一00 billion to VNĐ 一 trillion in  二0 一 一, and then from VNĐ 二 trillion in  二0 一 五 to more than VNĐ 三 trillion in  二0 一 七, accounting for  八 per cent of the country’s non-life insurance market.

PTI ranks third position in the market and paid a dividend of  一 二 per cent last year – the highest among all insurance companies.

The corporation targets revenue of VNĐ 一0 trillion by  二0 二 五, accounting for  一0. 五 per cent of market share.

It now has  四 七 member companies with more than  一 三,000 agents nationwide.
